pasture-raised poultry on the Olympic Peninsula
Mollayo Farm is a small-scale, woman-owned and operated farm on the Olympic Peninsula in our 3rd year of operation. Your farmer-owner is Theresa Kim, a first-generation Korean-American, who grew up loving food and the connections and community that surrounded it.We operate under the belief that food should be raised with respect, care, and commitment so that we can show that same esteem to the land we steward and the people we feed.

We raise broilers and turkeys seasonally on 5 acres of land in Port Townsend, WA. Our slower-growing, pasture-raised poultry develop rich flavors and have darker meat than the standard commercial breeds. Our birds are raised outdoors, on pasture all the days of their lives. This reduces stress and disease, ensuring a happy life and a better product for our customers. They enjoy a certified organic feed from In-Season Farm in B.C. and plenty of forage from pasture, resulting in meat that is not only tastier but packed with essential vitamins and nutrients. Compared to conventional poultry, ours have better fat quality and increased levels of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins A and E, and other crucial nutrients that contribute to a healthier diet.
